Lamborghini Announces Huracan Sterrato

During the Frankfurt Motor Show last week, Lamborghini Announced Huracan Sterrato, a concept car. The car features a mid-engine layout with a 2.0-liter V6 engine, a six-speed manual transmission, and a rear-wheel drive system. The car is expected to go on sale in late 2020.

Concept car

Several years ago, Lamborghini had a concept car that was designed for off-roading. This car, which was based on the Huracan Evo, was known as the Huracan Sterrato. Rather than using a regular Evo engine, this model was tuned to provide greater power and torque. The Huracan Sterrato concept features an all-wheel drive system, an upgraded suspension and protective bodywork.

The car has a 5.2-liter V10 engine that produces 640 horsepower and 443 pound-feet of torque. It also features torque vectoring to help improve handling. It also has a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission that is tuned for off-road driving.

The Huracan Sterrato concept also has a titanium roll cage, a roof-mounted LED light bar and four-point harnesses. It also has aluminum floor panels and elastomeric resin mud guards. In addition, it has specially designed 20-inch alloy wheels. The exterior is a little more aggressive than the EVO model. The car has a flared wheel arches and a rear lip spoiler. It also has a wider track on the front and rear.

Real skin

Despite being a supercar, Lamborghini has made the first all-terrain super sports car, the Huracan Sterrato. The company is set to officially unveil its new off-roader at Art Basel in Miami on November 30. In addition to being the first super sports car from the brand, the Huracan Sterrato also emphasizes the brand’s core values of bravado, bravery and speed.

Engine options

Lamborghini has a rich history of off-roading. In the 1970s, the company built the LM002 tough off-roader. In the 1970s, Lamborghini also created the Jarama off-roader. But the Huracan Sterrato is the company’s first mid-engined supercar with roof rails.

While the Huracan Sterrato is built on the same 5.2-liter V-10 as the other Huracans, it will have special suspension and wheels designed for off-roading. It will also feature an air scoop on the roof, connected to the engine bay. This will allow for a more direct air intake.

The 5.2-liter V-10 produces 640 horsepower at 8,000 RPM. It is paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. It also has a 0-60 mph sprint time of 3.0 seconds.

Pricing

Previously, Lamborghini has not announced any pricing targets for the Huracan Sterrato. However, it is expected that the supercar will be priced between $250,000 and $335,000 when it is launched later this year.

As expected, the Huracan Sterrato will be an off-road version of the Huracan EVO. It will feature a 5.2-litre naturally aspirated V10 petrol engine that is capable of producing 630bhp. It will be linked to a seven-speed DCT gearbox. It will also have all-wheel drive. The Huracan Sterrato will also feature off-road-specific suspension.
